Ahad Residences is a 30 storey residential building located in the heart of Business Bay. It has a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Ahad offers a unique living experience, allowing residents to be a part of a vibrant, modern and dynamic community.

This project is being developed by AHAD Group and the contractor is a well known, reputable Singaporean developer called Evan Lim-Penta who is heavily involved with the project. They have built several high-end projects in Dubai, including the Sofitel Palm Jumeirah and Saba Tower in JLT. Recently, they were recognised for their work on the Singapore, Netherlands, and Sweden pavilions at Expo 2020.
